Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year bakery or pastry experience
ability to work shifts including early mornings and weekends
physical ability to stand for long periods and handle bakery equipment safely
understanding of food safety regulations
must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

Previous bakery or pastry chef experience
knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
ability to follow precise recipe specifications
strong attention to detail
good communication skills for coordinating with café staff
ability to work independently and as part of a team
familiarity with FIFO inventory management

Job Duties

Produce all baked goods and pastries to recipe spec right weight right temp right look every batch
manage churros production to hit daily volume goals without ever compromising quality
set up and fully break down the bakery station for each shift
monitor product freshness aggressively nothing stale leaves this station ever
follow all food safety and allergen labeling protocols strictly
label and date all items per FIFO standards without exception
coordinate with café staff on product availability sell-through and timing
keep Dulce Aroma looking beautiful it is a display kitchen and guests are watching
