Job Requirements

- Ability to operate bakery equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Physical ability to perform bakery duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries meeting quality and freshness standards
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes with attention to detail
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and promote bakery products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and bakery shelves
- Ensure bakery products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
