Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
- Must be able to follow specific instructions regarding company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of and experience working with dough in various stages, mixes, bread, and frozen products
- Ability to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
- Must have reliable transportation and attendance
- Must pass Baker screening test
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
- Knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking of a variety of products using industrial bakery equipment
- Experience in following standardized recipes, organizing and maintaining bakery workstations
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
- Ability to correctly identify product and read production sheets
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Accurate math skills
- Must maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene
Job Duties
- Scaling, proofing, baking, and decorating a variety of products adhering to established standards and recipes
- Working with co-workers to ensure product quality and efficient productivity
- Maintain production and usage records as required
- Maintain high sanitary, hygienic, and safety standards and conditions
- General cleaning, other food service duties, and projects as requested by management
