Job Description

  • Oversee daily bagel production from start to finish
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment including divider/former, kettle, and ovens
  • Manage dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, boiling, and baking processes to ensure product quality
  •  Coordinate and support bakery staff to meet daily production targets
  • Maintain product consistency, temperature logs, and bakery cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with prep and front-of-house teams for smooth service transitiona.
  • Assist with catering and specialty order production as needed
  • Participate in cross-training and development across other areas of the shop
