This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay up to $16 per hour, free meals, and opportunities for advancement including the potential to become a crew leader and manage your own bakery shop within the restaurant. As a bakery team member, your responsibilities will include preparing hand-made yeast rolls, specialty desserts, and breakfast bakery items on weekends to fulfill production needs. You will follow the buffet production system to maintain quality and shelf life compliance, ensuring every baked product is fresh, visually appealing, tasty, and served at the appropriate temperature.

Maintaining quality standards is a priority, which involves strictly adhering to Golden Corral's recipes and portion control measures. You will work according to the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide, which ensures consistency and excellence.
