As a Cookie Factory Team Member, you will play an integral role in the creation, preparation, and quality assurance of these signature cookies that bring smiles to customers nationwide and around the world. Your daily responsibilities will include mixing dough with precision, baking cookies at production line speed, decorating each cookie according to brand standards, and packaging for shipment to both retail locations and online customers. You will also ensure that the Cookie Cruiser—a community outreach vehicle—stays fully stocked with these delicious treats as it attends various events.

The role is vital to maintaining the consistent quality and iconic appearance of the Smiley Cookie, and team members must adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Your contribution directly supports the company’s tradition of creating smiles for all its guests. This role offers a great mix of hands-on production, quality control, and teamwork within a dynamic and supportive factory environment.

Position details include a competitive pay rate starting from $13.46 up to $14.42 per hour depending on prior experience, with options for either part-time or full-time work. The schedule runs from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
