We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled baker to join our team. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, based on experience, and welcomes applicants over the age of 18. As a baker at The Porch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, quantity, and timely production of all baked goods. This role is fundamental to maintaining our high culinary standards and enhancing the overall dining experience. You will prepare baked goods according to specific recipes and production procedures while adhering strictly to food safety standards.

Your creative skills and attention to detail will be essential in consistently delivering freshly baked items that meet our specification for quality and freshness. You will work closely with management to communicate product and supply needs and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. The job involves standing or walking for the majority of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and upholding the proper uniform and personal hygiene standards set by the company.
