Job Duties
- Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked products
- Prepare breakfast bakery items during weekend shifts to meet production needs
- Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
- Ensure all bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served hot when appropriate
- Maintain adherence to Golden Corral recipes, portioning, and product standards
- Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
- Provide friendly and courteous guest service
- Perform cleaning duties according to the duty roster and meet service and quality standards
- Comply with all local health department regulations
