Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of current, valid, state-issued driver’s license preferred where required
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Uphold quality standards and company recipes
- Assist in inventory management and daily store operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
