We are currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Bakers. The Baker role is a critical position with the responsibility of preparing handmade yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other freshly baked products that meet Golden Corral’s quality standards. The position demands attention to freshness, cleanliness, organization, and speed to maintain the high production standards of the bakery section. Bakers must follow established recipes and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and product excellence. Their daily tasks include managing production to meet demand, ensuring each baked item is visually appealing and fresh, and upholding all health and safety standards. This role also involves weekend work, particularly for breakfast bakery items, making flexibility and commitment essential. Customer interaction is part of the role, requiring Bakers to be courteous and helpful while assisting guests with bakery-related queries. This position is full-time or part-time and offers competitive compensation at $14.00 per hour.
