The role of Baker/Crew Member at Quality Brand Group involves a comprehensive, cross-trained position where individuals hone both baking and general crew skills to deliver superior guest experiences. Bakers prepare a variety of bakery products, including donuts, adhering strictly to operational and quality guidelines to ensure product excellence and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, clean environment. As part of a collaborative team, Bakers are integral to meeting guest needs and creating positive experiences that encourage repeat visits. This position demands punctuality, respectfulness, accountability, and eagerness to learn and multitask.   • receive specialized training in the baking functions of the restaurant and prepare donuts and other bakery products for the restaurant

  • feel empowered to respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
  • adhere to established brand and Quality Brand Group LLC standards and systems
  • follow all safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines including compliance with all applicable laws
  • maintain a clean and neat work environment including stocking, taking trash and cardboard out, and cleaning guest areas and restrooms as directed
  • adhere to uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
