We are currently seeking a dedicated Baker to join the Bruegger's team. The Baker's role is central to Bruegger's success—their expertise and commitment directly impact the quality and freshness of the bagels that the brand is known for. Bakers start the day early, often as early as 4 AM, preparing dough and baking the products that customers love. The job is both physical and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and pride in the finished product. Bakers ensure that the bagel wall and pastry case are well-stocked with fresh, high-quality items for each shift. Beyond baking, Bakers also contribute to guest service by assisting with order taking, sandwich making, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards within the store.
