Known for its freshly baked goods and high-quality ingredients, this company has established a loyal customer base and maintains a strong reputation for excellence in the fast-casual dining segment. Its cafes serve as welcoming community hubs where customers enjoy freshly made food in a comfortable environment. Working at Panera Bread means being part of a team dedicated to superior service, quality baking, and innovation in food preparation.
The Baker position at Panera Bread is vital to the cafe’s success, as it directly impacts the quality of freshly baked bread and pastries served daily. Once certified, Bakers take full responsibility for producing the signature bakery items that customers love, ensuring every product meets the brand’s high standards in flavor and quality. This role requires dedication to precise baking techniques, adherence to guidelines, and the ability to coordinate daily tasks efficiently.
Bakers not only focus on creating exceptional bakery items but also play an essential role in stock management, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation to maintain a safe and efficient workspace. They contribute to fostering an environment of teamwork and professionalism, supporting the cafe’s managers and colleagues as needed. This position offers flexible full-time and part-time shifts starting at 4:00 pm, with opportunities for career growth within a respected franchise group. The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $23, plus tip allocation, making it a competitive and rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about baking and customer service.
