These perks include educational assistance through DeVry University accompanied by a complimentary laptop, competitive pay with a service award incentive, the unique opportunity to get paid daily via Daily Pay, and comprehensive health benefits that encompass medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees also enjoy participation in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match, an employee discount program, and meal discounts including all-you-can-eat pancakes. There is a clear development pathway to help employees advance their careers with step-by-step training processes, and completing manager training can earn college credit hours.
