We are currently seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Bakers. This role is essential in ensuring that our bakery section continuously offers fresh, appealing, and tasty products consistent with Golden Corral’s recipe standards. Bakers will prepare a variety of baked goods including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other fresh bakery items. The position requires keen attention to detail in following the bakery recipes and production guide, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly customer service.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for hand-making all bakery items, preparing breakfast bakery items during weekends to meet production demands, and strictly adhering to the buffet production system to ensure quality control and shelf life compliance. Your role is vital to operational excellence, ensuring that all bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served at appropriate temperatures when necessary. You will maintain quality by preparing all products strictly following Golden Corral recipes and standards, ensuring proper portioning and yields, and utilizing the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide to achieve consistent results.

Customer service is also an important aspect of this role. You will be expected to provide friendly and courteous assistance to guests seeking bakery items, enhancing their overall dining experience. Understanding the responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery will help ensure that bakery goods are replenished promptly and efficiently during service hours.

Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to health standards is critical to this position. Bakers perform duties according to a set duty roster, ensuring that cleanliness, service, and quality standards are rigorously met. Following local health department regulations is mandatory to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our visitors.

This position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $12.00 to $13.00 per hour.
