We are currently seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team in the role of Baker. This position is critical to the success of our bakery operation as the Baker is responsible for preparing a variety of bakery items, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and freshly baked products that meet our strict standards of freshness, taste, appearance, and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting. The Baker plays a key role not only in food production but also in maintaining our commitment to guest satisfaction by ensuring that all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing, and served timely. The Baker must be familiar with the buffet production system and capable of following the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide to maintain portion control and recipe yields.
