Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet high standards of quality, freshness, and safety
- Interact with customers providing friendly and attentive service
- Assist fellow associates as needed
- Follow company policies and safety regulations
