Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods such as breads, cookies, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes and desserts with precision and creativity
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery displays and shelves
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to support bakery operations and customer satisfaction
