Located in the Cumberland Shopping Center in S Tyler, Crumbl Cookies operates from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm, offering both full-time and part-time employment opportunities. Crumbl Cookies is currently hiring Bakers and Delivery Drivers who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and uphold rigorous quality standards. Bakers at Crumbl are responsible for reading and understanding recipes, measuring and combining ingredients, operating baking equipment like mixers and ovens, decorating cookies, and performing quality control tests to ensure food safety and top-notch products. Bakers are also expected to interact with customers by answering their questions, recommending products, processing orders and payments, and maintaining accurate records for inventory and deliveries. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized workstation are crucial to this role.

Delivery Drivers play an essential role in ensuring cookies reach customers and businesses on time. Responsibilities include loading and unloading deliveries, accurately reviewing orders, handling customer payments, operating motor vehicles, and following designated routes while adhering to all safety and transportation laws. Drivers must demonstrate excellent time management, customer service skills, and maintain a clean driving record. Crumbl Cookies offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $10.22 to $14.72 depending on the position, as well as tips that are fairly shared among employees. Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age for delivery drivers
minimum of two years of clean driving history for delivery drivers
valid driver's license and state-issued insurance for delivery drivers
willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands, and lift heavy items over 50 pounds for extended periods
ability to work in a hot and hectic environment
strong time management and resource planning skills
basic math and computer proficiency
excellent customer service skills
ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
attention to detail in quality inspection
willingness to solve problems and fulfill orders accurately

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
strong communication skills

food handler certification preferred
prior baking or delivery experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Reading and understanding recipes
measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
decorating and displaying finished products
testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
loading, transporting, and delivering cookies to clients or businesses on time
operating a motor vehicle such as cars, trucks, etc., for delivery purposes
reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is happy
assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
accepting payments for delivered items
providing the best customer service
answering questions and handling complaints from customers
adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedules
abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
