We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Baker to join our team. Bakers at Einstein Bros. Bagels play a pivotal role as the backbone of our bakery operations. Arriving early—sometimes as early as 3 AM—our Bakers start their day immersed in the crafting process that makes us unique. They set the tone for the bakery's day by preparing fresh bagels, ensuring our food offerings are of the highest quality, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery environment. In addition to baking, Bakers assist with customer service aspects such as order taking and sandwich making, working collaboratively to provide excellent guest experiences.

A typical day for a Baker includes stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, overseeing the quality of products throughout their shift, and supporting fellow team members to ensure seamless operations. Beyond the routine tasks, Bakers embody the spirit and passion that Einstein Bros. Bagels stands for, helping to create not just food, but happiness and community.

We are seeking individuals who are at least 18 years old, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with working varied hours including early mornings and weekends. Passing a background check is mandatory, and possession of a valid state driver's license is preferred or required at certain locations. Our Bakers should be physically able to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and movement throughout their shifts.
