In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, baking a diverse range of breads and pastries, and ensuring our display cases are always full, fresh, and inviting. You'll operate various bakery equipment such as ovens and fryers safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires a dedicated professional with at least three years of baking experience, a strong knowledge of baking techniques, and a passion for quality and precision in crafting baked goods. As part of your responsibilities, you will also assist in training new team members on equipment usage and production processes, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment. Communication with the store manager regarding material orders and equipment issues will also be a vital part of your duties, making you an integral part of the bakery's smooth operation.
