Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check in compliance with applicable laws
- possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred for specific locations
- physical capability to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food service experience advantageous
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong attention to detail and focus on quality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- capability to follow health and safety standards
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case ensuring product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service
- follow health and safety guidelines during baking and food preparation
- help support smooth store operation during shifts
