Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food service or baking role is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 3 am
- Capable of following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods according to Dunkin' recipes and standards
- Ensure store readiness for daily opening including setup and cleanliness
- Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
- Engage with customers providing friendly and efficient service
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks before store opening
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory and equipment use
