Job Duties
- Preparing and baking pastries and desserts according to company recipes and standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent quality and timely production
- Adhering to health and safety regulations in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Monitoring inventory and requesting supplies as needed
- Assisting in training new pastry kitchen staff
- Supporting daily kitchen operations to meet guest service goals
