Job Requirements

ability to represent and support Big Y's culture of caring and Mission and Vision
support Big Y's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
must be proficient in baking and ordering for entire bakery sales areas
must project a clean and professional appearance
ability to operate within company policies, procedures and standards
willingness to cross-train and learn other areas as needed
ability to work a flexible schedule according to store needs
must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

prepare and produce high-quality baked goods
maintain proper ordering and inventory for bakery sales areas
ensure bakery department meets food safety and quality standards
provide expert product knowledge and customer service
maintain clean and professional appearance
support store operations with flexible scheduling
cross-train in other bakery areas as needed
