Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior baking or culinary experience is an asset
Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment

Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high-quality standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Interact with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Ensure bakery products meet safety and freshness standards
Assist in stocking and replenishing bakery items
