- completion of Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- previous baking or relevant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform related preparation and sanitation duties as required
- lift heavy products and equipment safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- assist the Bakery Manager as needed
