We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity to join our Culinary team as a Baker 3 at Grand Hyatt Kauai. This role involves the preparation of all pastry products in accordance with the established Pastry Shop standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every item produced. The Baker 3 will work closely with higher-level bakers and chefs, assisting as needed and contributing to the smooth operation of the pastry section. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a passion for baking, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment. The hourly rate for this role is $34.60, with a probationary rate of $29.41 for the first 90 days.
