- valid food handler card or equivalent certification
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capacity to lift heavy items safely
- physical ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
- ability to follow standardized recipes

Job Qualifications

- experience in bakery product preparation preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- prepare and bake high-volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform bakery preparation and sanitation duties as required
