- food handler card or equivalent certification required
- ability to work nights and weekends
- capacity for heavy lifting and physical tasks
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery experience preferred
- must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods
- must comply with all food safety standards
