- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- availability to work nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform heavy lifting and other physical duties
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

- ability to follow standardized recipes accurately

Job Duties
- prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform preparation and sanitization duties as required
- comply with food safety standards and hold valid Food Handler Card
- work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to bakery operations
- maintain cleanliness of bakery work areas
- adhere to store policies and operational procedures
