The role of Baker, supervised by the Bakery Manager, is integral to our bakery's success. Besides baking, your duties will include performing other preparation tasks and adhering to sanitation standards to ensure the cleanliness of equipment and workspaces. Being detail-oriented is critical in this role to guarantee that all products meet quality expectations and safety regulations. The position demands a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and potentially varying shifts, which makes adaptability a key attribute for success. Our baking staff must possess a Food Handler Card or an equivalent certification, as this is mandatory for all activities related to food preparation, handling, and serving.
