This full-time position is scheduled from Monday through Friday, between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. The Baker role requires a focused professional who will primarily handle dough sheeting, butter incorporation, and ensure consistent layering to meet the company’s established product standards. The successful candidate will join a 1st shift crew that works cohesively to maintain efficient production flows and preserve the quality that defines the brand. Key responsibilities include laminating dough according to precise formulas and procedures, safely operating sheeters and related bakery equipment, following strict production schedules and batch requirements, and maintaining clear communication with fellow team members to support effective workflow. This role demands individuals with a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under production timelines.
