Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous baking or food service experience advantageous
ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts as business requires
compliance with company policies and local laws related to employment and safety
strong communication skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

must be at least 18 years or older
ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
capable of passing a background check according to local, state, and federal laws
possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations
strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

arrive early to start baking fresh bagels and pastries
stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
maintain quality control of food and beverages served
uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the store
work collaboratively as part of a team to meet operational goals
support additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth bakery operations
