- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of related work experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
- Physical capability to perform bakery duties including standing for long periods

- Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and baking procedures
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Adaptability to varying work shifts and schedules

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduces food waste through mindful preparation and portioning
- Collaborates with team members to ensure high-quality product output
- Adheres to health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Performs other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
