Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability for early morning shifts including 3:30 am to 11 am and 5 am to 12 pm
- ability to work weekends or specified weekday shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of following health and safety regulations
- willingness to comply with restaurant policies and procedures
- able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or baking is an asset
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to work early morning shifts
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- age 16 or older
Job Duties
- Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
- adhere to product shelf life standards
- deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing product showcase
- enhance customer service experience using Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You principles
- support speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders
- promptly execute service recovery for customer concerns or complaints
- listen carefully to customer service concerns and apologize when necessary
