Job Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks related to baking, such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain if required
Reliable availability for flexible work schedules
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Must comply with all company policies and applicable laws

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
Ability to operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Interact with customers to assist and provide excellent service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Ensure bakery products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Restock items and monitor inventory levels
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
