Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to operate bakery equipment safely
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
willingness to work early morning or varied shifts
basic math skills for measuring ingredients
compliance with food safety standards
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

Job Duties

bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high quality standards
produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
ensure all products meet freshness and safety standards
restock bakery items as necessary
