Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to lift moderate weights
willingness to follow company policies

Job Duties

Baker is responsible for producing all bakery goods and other related products in an efficient manner within company policy
to ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store
Baker will follow the production list and prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day
Focus on delivering great customer service to secure store's financial success
