Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work monday to thursday from 6am to 2pm
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
ability to follow food safety standards
willingness to wear casual work attire including t-shirts and sneakers
legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior baking experience preferred but not required
ability to follow recipes and baking procedures accurately
strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
ability to work early morning shifts
good communication and teamwork skills
willingness to learn and grow in the baking profession

Job Duties

prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and standards
ensure consistency and quality of all baked goods
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking equipment
follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients
collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
