Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Capable of standing for extended periods
Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physical ability to lift and move bakery supplies

Job Qualifications

Ability to operate bakery equipment safely

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
Decorate cakes and other bakery items
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and safety
Interact with customers and provide friendly service
Keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist with inventory and supply management
