Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work full-time or part-time hours
willingness to follow company policies and safety standards

passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
experience with bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
strong customer service skills
ability to keep work areas clean and organized
enthusiasm for learning cake decorating
ability to work effectively in a team environment
basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
ensure display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
prepare breads, cookies, pastries, gourmet desserts, and decorated cakes
assist guests by providing excellent service and creating a positive bakery experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas
follow company safety and hygiene procedures
participate in training and development opportunities
