ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift heavy items
adherence to food safety standards
good physical stamina
availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas

monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
