Job Duties

  • Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • enhance customer service experience with friendly attitude and S.E.T. principles: smile, eye contact, thank you
  • support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders in restaurant and drive thru
  • promptly execute service recovery for any customer service concerns or complaints
  • listen carefully to customer concerns and apologize for complaints
  • follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation
  • monitor fridge and freezer product inventory and submit order quantities
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assist in serving guests in restaurant front
  • take temperatures of required products and record in Time & Temperature log
  • clean and maintain production area
  • follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
  • support cleanliness and readiness during rush periods
  • follow proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follow safe work practices and procedures
  • use or wear personal protective equipment
  • report all injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions to manager
  • do not operate equipment in a manner that endangers anyone
