Job Requirements

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
two years of experience working in a commercial bakery or a certificate from a certified baking program
valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler permit

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
two years of experience working in a commercial bakery or a certificate from a certified baking program
valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler permit
knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
ability to create a full range of quick breads including coffeecakes, muffins, and scones
ability to display a friendly attitude towards guests and co-workers
ability to work efficiently with organized and healthy work habits
ability to operate donut fryers, mixers, and glazing applications
skilled in excellent verbal and written communication
read, write, and speak English fluently

Job Duties

Exemplify MCR's values and demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism
practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
stock and set up workstations
bake fresh from scratch and/or mix
maintain equipment in the bakeshop in a safe and sanitary manner
clean station and equipment daily
maintain inventory and supply lists daily
create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment
promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel
perform other duties as assigned
