Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior baking or food service experience preferred
Ability to operate bakery equipment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
Knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to work early mornings and weekends
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Interact and communicate effectively with customers
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Assist fellow associates and contribute to team efforts
Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
