Job Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age
Ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
Ability to use motion such as pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Open availability with flexible scheduling to meet business needs
Basic reading and math skills

Job Qualifications

Good communication skills and ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
Ability to use and learn a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to follow detailed production sheets and company guidelines
Self-motivated and able to multitask
Willingness to work overnight and early morning shifts

Job Duties

Follow site specific and brand specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences
Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
Work within a specific schedule including overnight and early morning hours
Follow and complete a daily par sheet
Produce quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines
Ensure company safety and cleanliness standards
Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
Work in other positions inside the operation as needed
