Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools
- Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, push, pull, stretch and use fingers and wrists continuously
- Open availability with flexible scheduling
- Must adhere to health and safety standards

- Basic reading skills

- Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision

Job Duties
- Follow site specific and brand specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences
- Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
- Work within a specific schedule with ability to multitask and work overnight and early morning hours
- Follow and complete a daily par sheet
- Produce quality baked goods following Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Ensure company safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain strict health department and food safety standards
- Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
- Work in other positions as needed and switch back and forth between roles
