Job Requirements

Standing and/or walking 100 percent of time
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs when concentrating on dough production
Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs when concentrating on dough production
Ability to follow documented procedures
Maintain high standards in food quality and appearance
Follow company attendance policy including arriving timely, calling off properly, and maintaining acceptable attendance record
Work well with others and assist fellow team members

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge of weights and measures
Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes
Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
Ability to replicate standard decorating designs using an icing bag
Ability to maintain proper personal hygiene and adhere to uniform dress code

Job Duties

Mix dough at the pace of the production line
Inspect products to meet company standards for quality and appearance
Package frozen cookies efficiently
Follow company safety and sanitation policies using clean as you go techniques
Rotate products to maintain and ensure freshness
Decorate cookies following prescribed brand standards
Accurately record information on product control sheets
Communicate with management regarding quality of products, supplies, and equipment conditions
Follow attendance policies and dress code
Assist fellow team members as needed
