high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
reliable transportation to and from the workplace

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in commercial baking preferred but not required
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong attention to detail and quality
effective communication and teamwork skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties

prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
ensure all bakery items meet quality and freshness standards
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work area
monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and report shortages
comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
assist in receiving and storing bakery ingredients
collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
